The Role:
We are looking for a Bank Manager to join our Delivery team! The TPM is a critical role and is responsible for the oversight of projects and controls related to the implementation of Import.io’s solutions. The TPM sees the big picture, knows what it takes to achieve it, and drives results. Your role is to avoid bottlenecks and keep things moving, you’re the linchpin in getting things done, making customers happy, and greasing the wheels for the team. While this is an individual contributor position, it could also include supervision of other members of the team.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead high profile, complex, cross-functional projects by developing project plans and managing resources to meet deadlines and budget Coach and train project team members on processes and best practices Develop estimates and forecast project costs for implementations Work with product, business, and development to drive projects from concept to launch Work with internal & external development teams to execute against requirements Ensure projects are launched and ran according to published schedules Keep key stakeholders up to date on project status and potential blockers Enhance project management process to accommodate rapidly changing software needs
