The primary purpose is to be able to provide Management Support and analysis on all projects assigned by Sprint Corporations .The position responsible will be required:
To review the Network Planning Letters issued by the Project Planners.
Forecasting the total cost involved in the completion of the project, along with the creation of the BOM (Bill of the Material).
Analysing and ordering of cables and connectors required in a specific type of project.
Investigate and assume ownership of faults/cause related to ordering of the major materials.
To participate in technical discussions internally or with customer in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible.
To execute databasing of certain projects, whenever needed.
To handle and execute the Change Request in stipulated time frame.
To order the technician for the site survey, whenever the connections need to be made.
Raise JIM, whenever the project related issues were to be communicated between team members.
Preparation of codes for the automated tools.
Work with the management to develop deployment specifications and configurations
8 Technical Competence
Knowledge of cables and connector types.
Understanding of complete process flow in Deployment system.
Core knowledge of networking devices.
Knowledge on protocol level of TCP/UDP etc.
Should have good knowledge and skills of Operation & Maintenance of Telecom devices.
Hands on experience on Excel, Microsoft word, Adobe pdf.
Should have knowledge about routers, switches and other major devices used in the project
Should be well aware of the power types to be used during the connectivity.
Should be CCNA certified/ ETCP certified.
Intermediate level of understanding with GSM, GPRS Networks.
