Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are looking for someone to be part of our team who will be responsible for the Access Network Operation! Support Access operations head in driving the designated clusters/ CEMs. Responsible for delivery execution and Performance indicators and actions to improve user experience.


  • Be responsible for driving the ops critical metrics through digitization & simplification and all strategic improvement plans in clusters
  • Be responsible for competence improvement of the team for improved JD of fi
  • eld team, Products, and accountable for delivery & meeting all KPIs/ SLA.
  • Supervise the monthly Operating plan along with CEMs and supporting them in prioritizing the WOs as per the criticality & scope of work and help in improvements and efficiency in the cluster related to Operation, Coverage & capacity.
  • Improve the RAN & Tx Ops vital metric in line with improved User experience.
  • Be responsible for working closely with CEMs & ensuring resolution of field support related issues through GNOC & OEMs and Timely Closure of all Sign-off as per agreed MS Contract delivery framework.
  • Coordinate and Communicate actively with central teams & mentor the field team on standard methodology
  • Experience Level: 12 to 15 Years

To be successful in the role one must have

  • Understanding of Field operations & maintenance activities related to RAN & Optical Networks, Microwave, iWAN, Backhaul in a large-scale network.
  • Knowledge of Multi-Vendor Access Nodes - Ericsson / Nokia / Huawei / ZTE Telecom and RF theory & important metrics related to Coverage, capacity & User Experience.
  • Thorough understanding of various field tools & Hands-on experience in all onsite field related soft tools & apps.
