Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals..

You will,

  • Scope, define & design solution offerings, driving end-to-end technical solutions
  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements & participate in risk analysis
  • Work with core team on list of potential activities & solutions
  • Develop technical presentations, conduct workshops & perform customer presentations
  • Provide feedback to R&D on product improvements
  • Innovate and generate potential business for Ericsson
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation & information sharing
  • Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas & share information about solution to enable customer competence build.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Management/Cloud Orchestration applications delivery/ development experience
  • Should have working knowledge of Mobile, Transmission and IP/MPLS Core networks
  • Knowledge of Telco Cloud, NFV/SDN shall be an advantage
  • Development/Architecture/System Integration experience in EMS/NMS products is a plus
  • Experience from technical roles focusing on system integration (Ericsson/other COTS products)
  • Experience in putting together Technical services proposals
  • Experience from technical leadership in integration projects for both IT and network environments.
  • Experience in defining distributed, highly available, horizontally scalable and fault tolerant solutions
  • Good knowledge of operator Business & operational processes. Knowledge and certification in TMF /ITIL/TOGAF shall be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of TMN Solution framework like Application, SID, Integration shall be an advantage
  • Team player, Self-Motivated and ability to support and lead technical team.

Key Qualifications:

  • BE or Equivalent (Computers or ICT).
  • 10-12 years of experience in Operations support systems - Inventory/Provisioning/Orde
