Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Sales Support Manager of Customer Support Business with prime responsibility to work on Customer Support Services Pre-sales activities in Korea.

You will

  • Support sales organization in generating short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by working closely as CSR, part of the Core 3 Teams in customer support service business – Provide RFx, prepare CS business contract renewal, etc.
    • Core 3: CSR (Customer Solution Responsible) / ACR (Account Commercial Responsible) / CFR (Customer Fulfillment Responsible)
  • You will position Ericsson as technology leader, communicate and discuss Ericsson’s service strategy and vision with customer senior management
  • Provide sales support expertise, conducts technical discussions with customer
  • Provide sales support (takes service CSR role) for customer support contract renewals, RFPs, propose solutions covering business requirements and present to Regions and Customer
  • Drive customer engagements together with sales team, for customer support automation services. Developing solutions, presenting customer, planning trials. offering and selling new services
  • Communicate with internal teams and Customer Support organization to share customer needs, portfolio requirements but also learn from them to offer new services for customer support service evolution
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, ensure the customer vision & strategy including implications on Ericsson’s technology and solutions is communicated to the ones in need at Business Units, Group Function and Ericsson Research.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, Science or similar
  • Experiences: 10 years of substantial in-field experience in sales support at Ericsson or other ICT industry preferred
  • Preferred domain experience: Customer support service, automation in services, operator O&M process and their organization
  • Excellent Korean and English communication skills
