Automated Operations job role purpose is to take full responsibility for Network surveillance, first level system fault management, escalation, Notification to ensure continuous availability of customer services!

You will:

  • Network Surveillance / Fault management across All domains of Bharti Airtel Multi-Vendor Network Managed Services.
  • Dynamic Event Management.
  • Operational excellence.

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Open minded, positive with a flexible attitude and willing to work in teams of diverse professional and cultural background
  • Well organized, methodical, and careful
  • Customer oriented
  • Self-motivated and works well under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of service networks / GSM Network / LTE Network / service applications characteristics and capabilities Operational Readiness
  • General understanding of call flows, channel concepts, site related issues, broad knowledge of Unix operating system is essential Presentation & communication skills
  • Ability to independently perform tests in a prepared environment and as per given instructions
  • Data driven and analytical skills
  • Deciding & Initiating Action.

Key Qualification:

  • Education: Engineering graduate
  • Experience: 2-4 years
