You will also be responsible for receiving trouble reports from the Operator's Customer Care Center (or from the Operator's customer directly in some very specific cases), resolving them to the customer's satisfaction and providing meaningful status on repair and/or restoration activity to the Customer Care Center (or to the Operators’ customers).

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage all incidents raised through the ticketing tool or on customer request.
  • Work with ISP’s and third party vendors to identify issues with client infrastructure equipment.
  • Help onsite engineers to check and resolve issues with the equipment, take cautious decision to ensure that the down time is as short as possible.
  • Document new resolutions identified.
  • Processing new orders received from the customer, ensure accuracy, quality and SLA is maintained for each order.
  • Communicating with ISP’s across the globe regarding the delivery of the orders.
  • Supervising delivery of the ordered equipment until delivered to installation data center.
  • Interacting with ISP’s to ensure that they are equipped to install the order and provide vital information to assist them with installing the equipment.

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Interface with CPM’s/End to end leads to ensure timely project deliverables
  • Implementations of activities related to 2G/3G/4G technologies
  • Expertise required with respect to Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson and Nortel
  • Importing and provision of XMLs and skills required in the troubleshooting of plans
  • Good understanding on the parameters related to new site integrations and reparenting of sites
  • Should have experience in the Change Management/Request fulfillment process
    Knowledge on NetAct and U2000 tools
  • Record/issue/manage relief events to mitigate service level breaches and support add on sales.
  • Develop report formats showing milestones achieved, inclusive of forecasting of milestones. Interface with functional departments to improve accuracy of inputs where required.
  • Work with CPM & E2E Leads to agree a process for measuring new Service KPI’s/SLA’s mapped to projects.
  • Preparing Weekly and Monthly reports in line with agreed guidelines
    Supervise and respond quickly and optimal to emails, calls or group messages received from the customer, 3rd party vendors or ISP’s.
  • Ensure that the critical issues are routed to the correct responsible party without any delays.
  • Connect with the Quality team for regular feedback sessions and to work on continuous improvement plans.
    Willing to work in shifts in a 24/7 support team.

Key Qualification:

  • Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
  • Experience: 2-3 years.
