You will:

  • Understand Employee Request by active comprehension and probing contacting HR via email, chat and web forms.
  • Visualize process and product cycle to understand any gap or exception processing.
  • Provide explanation and reasons for requests pending or that cannot be processed.
  • Assisting Employees Globally in resolving requests and following up with other units.
  • Share feedback and observation with the Managers and Unit Heads on process and product improvement.
  • Work with Employees to provide solution as per processes
  • Take ownership and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Break sophisticated processes in logical flow to understand E2E process

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Exposure, understanding or knowledge of working with Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Know-how and understanding of working with knowledge base and LI repositories.
  • Interest and knowledge of project management framework.
  • Understanding of risk management, gap analysis, control points for complex processes.
  • Exposure to work with cross geography and location teams and units.
  • Experience of working on case management system example HRCM (HR Case Management).
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication.
  • Good knowledge of excel and data parameters for report designing and deployment.
  • Ability to handle complaints and escalations.
  • Perform design or redesign of business processes and its deployment to improve operational efficiency.
  • Hands on experience in End to End process mapping and resolving process gaps.
  • Proven experience in delivering training and train the trainer sessions.
  • Must have exposure to Knowledge Management methodology, example KCS (Knowledge management framework).
  • Hands on experience in SAP HR, Success factors Employee Central, etc.
  • Exposure to analytical tool such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel etc
  • Hands on experience of MS office applications such as MS Access, PowerPoint, One Note, MS Forms, etc.
  • Ability to handle disputes and issues of the Employees.
  • Should have Excellent command on English Language with good comprehension, articulation, and ability to communicate.
  • Certification in Prince 2 or PMP Foundation and/or Lean Sig Sigma Green Belt is desirable.
  • Should be open to work in 24*7 Work Environment and on regional & location holidays as per business requirement to support global locations.
  • Prior experience in employee support over phone, email and chat in shared service or technical and product support.
