The main purpose is to take full responsibility of Troubleshooting & Problem Analysis / Technical Discussions / Self Initiator to Mentor peers for Competence Development / Process understanding and awareness / Audits awareness and follow ups / handling emergencies and trouble tickets activities related to STP DRA Network!

You will

  • Ensure configuration/upgrades/updates on various STP/DRA nodes supervising and review of TT, CR and AT on daily basis.
  • Ensure MSTOP Processes are followed in the Workplace.
  • Ensure Password policies, security policies and audits are accurately & periodically followed.
  • Chip in creation and improvements to procedures and routines within the department / group.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Good Technical Knowledge of the specific STP DRA nodes viz. for Core Network.
  • Understanding of all Processes, routines activities and partner management.
  • Developed skills in knowledge sharing by actively chipping in knowledge, experiences and skills to build a learning culture.
  • Good Technical Knowledge of the specific STP DRA nodes viz. for Core Network.

Key Qualification:

  • Education: B.E / B.Tech. in Electronics & Communications.
  • Experience: 8-12 years
