Job Description

Role Definition

The purpose of the Gear Box Administrator is to ensure all costs related to the delivery of GTEC, GIC or similar Services towards internal Ericsson Customer are recovered on time.

The GTEC Gear Box is a global function with a set of Cost Centres where all costs related to the delivery of GTEC and GIC services are centrally consolidated and then charged to the internal Ericsson customers (mainly R&D and BUGS). 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the GTEC locations (16 locations worldwide) only recover necessary costs from GTEC Gear Box
  • Follow up with the GTEC locations in case of discrepancy and find resolution
  • Ensure that GIC customers are charged correctly based on test environment booked for usage towards them
  • Ensure all Costs consolidated within the GearBox are charged back to the relevant internal Ericsson customers
  • Follow up with customers in case of non-payments and ensure payment deadlines are met
  • Ensure monthly reports of GTEC and GIC sales with the relevant supporting information are provided to the different receivers, e.g. GTEC Front Office, Finance, Stakeholder Management, Solution Area TE & Cloud
  • Ensure the accuracy of the charges towards customers and the costs reported by each GTEC location are very accurate to avoid under or over absorption of costs. This is of utmost importance.
  • Establish automated charging or invoicing routines with customers where applicable
  • Prepare and maintain Tableau based dashboards as required

Candidate Prerequisites

  • Financial Analysts with strong background in SAP, MS Excel (Advanced) and Tableau
  • A Bachelor in Business Administration or Business Commerce or MBA or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Business or Financial administrator handling internal invoicing and costs within multi-national companies or equivalent industry experience
  • Preferably experienced in handling financial transactions using SAP and Business Warehouse (BW)
  • Very good team co-ordination and leadership skills to solve issues and follow up
  • Excellent in speaking, writing and reading English
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems
  • Capable to work with an international team
  • Very good inter-personal and communications skills
  • Skilled in using MS Office Applications
  • Willingness to travel (may be require frequent travel during the establishment phase)
  • Experiences in Tableau ((data analysis, quality validation and visualization to create reporting dashboards) would be desired 
  • Skill levels required for the above area are B or C
