Initiate management and technical escalations when required to protect Ericsson and/or customer interests.
Log all Incident details, allocating approved categorization and prioritization.
Keep users informed about their Incidents’ status at agreed intervals.
Associate Incidents with other records (i.e. Change, Problems, repetitive incidents).
Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis of all Incidents via major incident report.
Ensure recovery team remains sensitive to collection and correlation of data for potential RCA post event.

CPM is responsible for planning/execution on client engagements, prioritising multiple or medium-sized technical programs, developing, coordinating and delivering all aspects of customer requirements!

Good Understanding and experience of Agile delivery model.
Negotiation Skills and good cultural awareness.
Deliver accurate and on time status of the project and its breakthroughs.
A solid grasp of IT industry
Self-Driven and should have fire to achieve the committed timelines by overcoming the obstacles.
Telecom domain knowledge and in particular handled services would be added advantage.
Demonstrate functional acumen on how the solution will address the customers’ requirements.
Key Qualification:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering/MBA/MCA.
Experience: 9-11 years
